Briefing & Scoping
Customer provides seeding area shapefiles, a seed species list, and a physical seed sample. Our team reviews the treatment area, terrain complexity, access constraints, and your rehabilitation objectives to scope the project accurately.
Planning
We jointly develop a Project Delivery Plan covering schedule, field team configuration, equipment requirements, logistics, mobilisation plan, and site-specific safety documentation including Safe Work Method Statements and risk assessments.
Calibration
Prior to mobilisation, our team calibrates the drone spreader unit to the correct density rate using your supplied seed sample. This ensures accurate, consistent deployment matched precisely to your seed mix.
Deployment
Our two-person field team deploys GPS-guided drone systems to deliver precise, consistent seed or treatment application across your treatment area. Flight paths are pre-programmed for uniform coverage. SWARM capability enables up to 50 ha treated per day.
Reporting
On completion of every project event, you receive a full Project Delivery Report including GPS aerial flight path data, ESRI shapefiles, photographic QA records, and treatment coverage mapping — ready for regulatory submission.
